Return & Refund Policy

At Lifeling Beauty, due to the hygienic nature of skincare and personal care products, all products are non-returnable once delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned after delivery:

  • Face Wash
  • Serums
  • Moisturisers
  • Sunscreens
  • Shampoos
  • Conditioners
  • Any opened or used personal care product

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be provided only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is missing from your order.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number.
  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed if:

  • Your order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • We are unable to ship your order.
  • A replacement is unavailable for a verified damaged or incorrect product.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
